Type of staff: Day Shift 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Night Shift - 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech

Patient Ratios: 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post CABG patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

Type of equipment: Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia; ECMO

EMR: Meditech

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience ACLS, BLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. TNCC Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Trauma patients; Post-CABG; Post-TAVR; General post-surgical ICU patients Chest tubes; central lines; Medication Drips
