Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health professionals, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorder, and interpersonal relationship issues. Many clients come from underserved communities and may face additional barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000, contingent upon experience and caseload management.
