We're looking for detail-oriented Italian transcriptionists — including Italy's large diaspora community across Germany — to produce accurate, high-quality transcriptions of spoken audio, helping train the next generation of AI speech and language systems. This is real, meaningful work that requires genuine listening skill. You'll encounter natural conversation with all its messiness — crosstalk, background noise, filled pauses, multiple speakers, and rapid-fire dialogue. If you can hear through the chaos and put it on the page with precision, this role is for you. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just native-level Italian, excellent listening skills, and the discipline to follow detailed style and formatting guidelines.
