About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director, Head of Sales Operations to play a pivotal role in the modernization and scaling of its commercial engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales planning, go-to-market design, and owning the forecasting and pipeline management processes. This role demands a deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce and a strong analytical toolkit, including experience with AI tools for analysis, forecasting, and workflow automation. The Director will be tasked with turning commercial data into actionable insights, scaling systems, tools, and AI capabilities, and improving deal support and commercial processes. A key focus will be on scaling the commercial operation with AI at its backbone, embedding AI-driven forecasting, insights, and automation across the sales workflow to ensure the team can grow revenue faster than headcount. To excel in this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years' of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy, and a proven track record of leading a significant portion of the function. Experience in media, advertising, point-of-care marketing, life sciences, or healthcare technology is essential, with a preference for those familiar with annually renewing or re-sold revenue models. The role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, and a strong background in scaling a commercial function with AI and automation. The Director will also be responsible for leading and developing the Sales Operations team, so prior people management experience is a must.
