Docket Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time Docket Specialist will manage the timely calendaring of case activity into the firm's electronic docket system, conduct court case research, and advise attorneys on court rules and procedures. Key responsibilities: Calendar deadlines in the electronic docketing system and apply rules-based trigger technology Generate reports and provide case information to Case Teams from the courts or the docket system Assist attorneys and legal support with court processes and procedural information Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred 2 years of litigation docketing experience using a rules-based docket system Understanding of litigation and appellate processes and court rules Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Ability to work within tight deadlines and provide off-hours support if needed Virtual Vocations Inc
