Administrative Support Associate
The Administrative Support Associate role applies specialized knowledge to provide administrative support for effective operation of office functions within a designated department.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers/patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and routing incoming calls as appropriate
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Requiring multi-tasking capabilities
- Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines
