The Opportunity We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Title Clerk to manage vehicle titling and registration for our dealership group. You’ll ensure every deal is processed accurately and in compliance with state requirements — protecting the store from penalties and keeping customers’ paperwork on track. What You’ll Do

• Process titles, registrations, and tax/title/license paperwork accurately on every new and used deal
• Submit and track title work with the state and lienholders, staying ahead of every deadline
• Verify accuracy and completeness of deal documentation before processing — catch problems early
• Maintain organized records and aggressively follow up on outstanding titles and missing documents
• Resolve title issues and communicate clearly with sales, customers, and lenders
• Process out-of-state and dealer-trade titles correctly and on time
• Ensure full compliance with Texas titling laws, fees, and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive title clerk or DMV/registration experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of Texas titling and registration requirements a plus
• Familiarity with DMS platforms and general office software
• Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
