Vice President of Business Development – MSP, SOW & Strategic Workforce Solutions Seeking a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and developing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. While many sales professionals spend their time overcoming delivery challenges, you'll be supported by an award-winning recruiting and account management team with a proven track record of execution across MSP, VMS, direct hire, and project-based engagements. We are looking for a driven Business Development Leader who wants to leverage that foundation to open new doors, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new clients, expanding enterprise relationships, and identifying opportunities across contingent staffing, MSP programs, and Statement of Work (SOW) solutions. Business Development & Sales Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Develop and execute territory and account growth plans to achieve revenue and gross margin targets. Build relationships with decision-makers across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership teams. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and closing. Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales forecasts within CRM. What We're Looking For 4+ years of successful business development, sales, or account acquisition experience within staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or professional services. Experience working within MSP, VMS, and procurement-driven environments. Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently exceeding sales goals. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage executives and influence key decision-makers.
