Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support content implementation across Demant’s global web platforms. You’ll work closely with local markets as a key contact from HQ, guiding content structure and localization, and driving high-quality implementation across brands and regions. This is not a purely executional role. You’ll be expected to act as a subject matter expert — seeing the bigger picture and guiding decisions. You’ll take ownership of planning and coordinating content rollouts across markets, with clear timelines and smooth delivery. Benefits Full-time work agreement, with a permanent contract after 3 months Great opportunities for usage of newest technology A generous benefits package (private medical care, sports card, and more) A Scandinavian-style work culture that values equality, autonomy, and work-life balance — no titles, no silos – pure collaboration Responsibilities Support global marketing and local marketeers in planning, coordinating and executing content implementation and other digital marketing activities Act as an HQ expert, advising on best practices, web standards, and ways of working Guide and support markets in using web platforms and content tools effectively Train and onboard local teams on content processes, guidelines, and tools Ensure consistency of content, structure, and messaging across markets and brands Review and challenge market requests to ensure alignment with global standards and priorities Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear briefs and requirements Identify dependencies and ensure alignment across teams, markets, and initiatives Ensure content and solutions meet standards (e.g., accessibility, privacy, compliance) Collaborate on continuous improvements of content workflows, processes, and tooling Who you’ll work with You’ll collaborate with global and local marketing teams, as well as developers, QA, Sitecore specialists and designers. You’ll act as a key link between HQ and local markets, ensuring both alignment and mutual understanding of needs and constraints. Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role Strong understanding of content-driven websites and CMS platforms Experience working with multiple markets or in an international setup Ability to guide, train, and support stakeholders with different levels of digital maturity Confidence to challenge requests and make decisions based on the bigger picture Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to identify dependencies and think beyond individual tasks Structured and organized, but flexible in approach Pragmatic and focused on outcomes Clear and confident communicator Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Demant Polska
