Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Order, evaluate, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood panels and imaging studies, ensuring informed decision-making regarding patient treatment.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions, working within the scope of family medicine while offering personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual patient needs.

• Maintain meticulous patient records and schedules using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physician Assistant will involve caring for a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, with a variety of health concerns ranging from chronic diseases to acute medical conditions. You will be instrumental in assessing the unique needs of each patient, tailoring care plans to promote optimal health outcomes, and ensuring that care is coordinated and comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within family medicine or primary care.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

CareSync Healthcare Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
