Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, adapting interventions as needed to suit the unique situation of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support to clients in acute distress, implementing immediate strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including treatment plans and session notes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care approach that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while serving as an advocate for their needs.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health therapy by engaging in ongoing training and professional development activities, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
