Shipping Operations Lead - Multi-Plant & Process Improvements
Byrne
Byrne Electrical Specialists is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee three shipping departments across three plants, including two in Rockford and a Lakeview location. This working supervisor will drive daily order processing and outbound shipping while delivering significant process and productivity improvements and maintaining an engaged shipping team aligned with Byrne culture. You will lead 15–25 employees, train new staff, and collaborate with plant management on routing and sequencing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Byrne
