MacOS IT Helpdesk & Onboarding Specialist

Eon is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our employees and ensure they have the technology, access, and support they need to do their best work. This role focuses on macOS, hardware, software, identity, access, SaaS applications, and onboarding/offboarding. You’ll triage requests, provide hands‑on and remote troubleshooting, manage user access with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Okta, and work with the broader IT and Security teams to #J-18808-Ljbffr Eon
