About the Role

StratifyIQ is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing residential real estate team seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead campaign planning and execution across its marketing initiatives. While the initial focus will be on supporting the client's growing new construction portfolio, the role is designed with broader responsibilities and long-term growth in mind as the business continues to expand.

The client already has an established creative team—including designers, videographers, a video editor, and virtual assistants—producing high-quality marketing assets. This position is focused on developing the strategy behind those assets, ensuring every campaign has a clear objective, defined audience, and measurable results.

This is an opportunity to build scalable marketing systems, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and contribute to the long-term growth of the client's marketing operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for real estate campaigns, with an initial emphasis on new construction communities.
• Segment audiences into targeted buyer personas and build tailored campaign strategies for each.
• Design complete lead-generation funnels, connecting ads, postcards, videos, QR codes, landing pages, and automated email/SMS workflows.
• Build and manage campaigns within GoHighLevel , including workflow automation, landing pages, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Coordinate and assign work across the existing creative team (designers, videographers, editors, and VAs), ensuring every asset aligns with campaign objectives.
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) strategy, budgets, and performance, optimizing campaigns based on lead quality and return on ad spend.
• Integrate marketing campaigns with the client's CRM ( Follow Up Boss ) to ensure seamless lead routing and follow-up.
• Translate business goals and high-level requests into structured, data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve results and maximize marketing ROI.

Scope & Growth

This role begins as a part-time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week ) with a clear path toward full-time as the client's marketing initiatives continue to grow.

As responsibilities expand, there will be opportunities to support additional marketing projects, oversee broader creative operations, and contribute to marketing efforts across other real estate initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experience in real estate marketing is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Knowledge of PPC campaign management and budget optimization.
• Experience coordinating creative teams without necessarily producing creative assets yourself.
• Ability to transform broad business objectives into structured marketing plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies clearly to stakeholders.
• Available to work remotely while supporting a U.S.-based team during business hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing new home communities or residential developments.
• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar real estate CRMs.
• Experience working with distributed teams, including offshore staff or virtual assistants.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns for multiple projects or clients simultaneously.

• Have marketing campaigns fully operational across active projects.
• Deliver performance reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Establish scalable marketing processes that support continued business growth.
