About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Alumni Affairs and Development to lead its premier advancement organization. This executive will be at the forefront of sustaining philanthropic momentum, strengthening alumni engagement, and advancing academic priorities in a complex higher education landscape. The role involves translating the institution's vision into compelling opportunities for investment and partnership, and serving as a visible ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive advancement enterprise, championing collaboration, and fostering innovation through data and emerging technologies. They will also be tasked with developing and supporting an outstanding team to meet the strategic priorities and long-term aspirations of the institution. The ideal candidate for the Vice President for Alumni Affairs and Development at the company will be an accomplished executive with a proven track record in higher education advancement.
