We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused  Landscape Account Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive enhancement sales. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, contract retention, and profitable account growth through proactive property management and enhancement recommendations.

What You'll Do:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, and business owners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and field operations teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on all customer communications, meetings, and service requests.
• Develop long-term landscape management plans tailored to client goals and budgets.

Account Growth & Sales

• Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on enhancement proposals.
• Aggressively manage proposal pipelines to maximize approvals and revenue.
• Assist with contract renewals and account retention efforts.
• Develop new business contacts and support company growth initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive market conditions.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify work meets company horticultural and appearance standards.
• Collaborate closely with field supervisors and operations teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account records, proposals, and customer communications.
• Utilize Aspire software, Microsoft Office, and other business systems effectively.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and company leadership.
• Support contract administration and renewal processes.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape account management, landscape sales, property management, customer relations, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate sales and close enhancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Preferred

• Landscape industry experience.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience using Aspire or similar landscape management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
