Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services through video conferencing or other digital platforms to clients who qualify for outpatient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to deeply understand each client’s relational dynamics and mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans with realistic goals.

• Utilize family systems theory and systemic interventions to address a range of relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and familial stressors effectively.
\n
• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention strategies to clients and their families, ensuring their safety during high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress reports adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping mechanisms to foster relational and emotional resilience.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance professional knowledge and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and children/adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to relationship struggles, communication issues, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. Your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages healing and growth for families and individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of prior experience in marriage and family therapy or a relevant mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for effective engagement with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality within therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
