Job TitleCo-creates with the Operator and Executive Director of Operations the long-term vision for profitability, sales and growthLeading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operationsEnsures customer satisfaction at all timesEngages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issuesDrives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership and suggests operational actions required to achieve financial targetsManages the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the restaurant:Establish and post daily sales goals to the teamTracks and charts sales, labor and productivity of each day-part dailyReviews the IPO and works with executive team to improve where neededEstablish project budgets to assist managers with proper decision makingMaintains cashier accountability log and daily cashier reportsMonitor food cost and manage wastePromotes unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communicationCoaches and mentors team membersPrepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes, best practices, and the businessAnalyzes quarterly CEM reportsDrives continuous improvement
