Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage clients—both individuals and families—in therapeutic sessions to help them identify and confront personal struggles constructively.

• Utilize effective assessment techniques by asking probing questions that facilitate clients’ understanding of their emotions and behaviors.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to address unique family relationship issues, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and other personal challenges.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using the telemedicine platform provided, ensuring a high standard of care and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transitions, medication and pain management, as well as end-of-life planning. Your expertise will help clients navigate these sensitive issues, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three years of documented relevant experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and telecommunication software; previous experience with telemedicine is particularly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic approaches, principles, methods, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation related to mental and emotional health.
