Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work arrangements. However, our mental health team occasionally meets at our outpatient facility to collaborate on patient care and participate in professional development opportunities. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account patients' unique life experiences, ensuring that treatment plans are individualized and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
