Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations during initial consultations to assess and document clients' needs, developing case files that track progress from start to finish.

• Formulate individualized treatment and intervention plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to ensure a supportive atmosphere for client growth.

• Monitor and document client progress through regular updates and assessments, ensuring treatment plans remain dynamic and responsive to changing needs.

• Collaborate closely with a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to each client’s overall well-being.

• Provide follow-up consultations and support for clients transitioning from hospital settings or other healthcare facilities, maintaining strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and prevent potential behavioral challenges that may hinder recovery, working closely with clients to create effective coping strategies.

• Assist families and primary caregivers in developing skills to manage and support mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Pavilion Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our holistic approach emphasizes personalized care, which allows counselors to develop deep connections with clients, fostering trust as they navigate their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for case management and documentation.

• A solid understanding of addiction disorders and co-occurring physical and emotional health conditions.
\n
• A familiarity with the best practices outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• In-depth knowledge of the impacts of psychotropic medication on mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pavilion Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
