IT Consultant III
$110k - $150kKaiser Permanente is seeking an IT Consultant III to support enterprise technology initiatives for our healthcare system. In this role, you'll analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and guide implementation of systems that improve clinical and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide technical consulting, optimize integrations, and ensure system reliability, security, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and best practices in a complex IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and recommend scalable, secure IT architectures and integrations
- Lead or support implementation of enterprise systems and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and technology adoption
- Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Develop documentation, technical specifications, and support materials
- Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Support project planning, estimation, and status reporting
- Identify opportunities for process and system optimization
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable IT services
