What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the Face of Our Company: Whether in-store, over the phone, or online, you’ll be the friendly go-to expert for all things HVAC/R—connecting with customers and making their day a little easier.
Build Strong Relationships: From offering quick service to helping with loading and answering product questions, you’ll form connections that keep customers coming back.
Drive Sales with Confidence: Recommend the right products, guide customers through purchases, and handle transactions like a pro.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll manage inventory, keep our shelves stocked, and make sure displays are looking top-notch.
Team Up for Success: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues and outside sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Sales Know-How: Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and top-tier customer service and sales skills are key.

Qualifications:

HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
