Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic support and interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to enhance integrated care for our clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect best practices in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at De Anza Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing varying challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
