Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Administrator (Shareholder Communications) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in shareholder communication support, client service, and office productivity tools and a proven ability to draft professional communications and solve routine client issues with sound judgment. Responsibilities Support shareholder communications and related client service activities. Draft and edit professional written correspondence with clear grammar and tone. Apply critical thinking to research, triage, and resolve inquiries. Leverage basic MS Office skills to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to construct professional written communications with correct grammar. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, in-office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
