What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill and acutely ill patients, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable cases
- Monitor patients with Q1H or more assessments/interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Current Massachusetts RN license on file
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
