Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and fostered through collaborative treatment planning.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards to uphold the integrity and confidentiality of client information.
\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to enhance treatment effectiveness and provide holistic care.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continual improvement in therapeutic approaches and overall care quality.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Staying current with industry research and trends to integrate new insights into your clinical practice and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele at our remote Detox Center, serving individuals facing challenges related to mental health. This includes those grappling with addiction, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, and other complex psychosocial issues. Your role will be pivotal in assisting clients to embrace recovery and implement positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
\n
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients in a remote therapeutic setting or a detox environment would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and an understanding of community resources available for mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
