Field Training Manager Cincinnati, OH Key Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers Oversee technicians' recommendations, and present to the homeowner on behalf of technicians when needed Present customer with multiple purchasing options including financing Understand company products offerings to maximize customer experience Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests Provide a world‑class customer experience with every interaction Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Qualifications Minimum of 3 years sales experience Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment Excellent communication skills Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service Driver's License (Required) Some college or technical school education preferred Benefits UNCAPPED earning potential *This is a commissioned position* Successful candidates make $150K-$250K per year Health, dental and vision insurance $25K Life Insurance at no cost to you Paid training Paid time off 401K with company match Company vehicle and gas card for business purposes Work Environment Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
