This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide care and support to clients from the comfort of your own home. As a part of our telehealth service, you will utilize your expertise in effectively treating a wide variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Work Environment\n

This role offers the unique opportunity to work entirely remotely, using telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and understand each patient’s unique challenges, developing personalized treatment strategies that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops that nurture community and provide valuable resources to clients facing similar mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, guiding patients during emergencies to ensure their immediate safety and emotional well-being.

• Educate clients on various mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources they can access outside of therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records within an electronic health records (EHR) system, staying in compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation discussions to enhance personal professional development and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and contemporary treatment methods, emphasizing personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to varied populations, reflecting a depth of understanding and compassion.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
