Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients, considering their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual and family therapy sessions, specifically designed to meet the identified needs of each client.

• Ensure timely completion of billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness strategies that promote sustained mental health and stable functioning among clients.

• Create and implement thorough discharge plans, facilitating smooth transitions for patients as they approach the completion of therapy.

• Adhere strictly to all current federal and state laws, along with NEHS policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standard of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaboration and share best practices.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements in a timely manner to retain professional qualifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population from the comfort and safety of their homes, offering therapeutic support across various age groups and backgrounds. Our clients often face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. By employing a strengths-based approach, your role will involve not only supporting mental health recovery but also promoting resilience and coping strategies in clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing mental health counseling is required to ensure proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and billing processes is advantageous for maintaining compliance and efficient practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
