Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jackson, TN. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing fence installation projects from initial customer inquiry through completion. Daily tasks include developing project schedules, managing materials and logistics, producing job material submittals, coordinating with field crews and subcontractors, and monitoring progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager conducts site inspections, reviews specifications, and addresses any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle. The role also involves communicating with customers, preparing status updates, and enforcing company quality and safety standards on every job. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, scope coordination, and budget oversight. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply delays. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain safety standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials across multiple job sites. Relevant experience in construction, fencing, or a related trade environment is highly beneficial. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in basic project documentation, such as work orders, change orders, and progress reports.
