Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key responsibilities/skills include:Prepare and manage procure to pay processAdministration of payment proceduresAdministration of back-charges and resolution of claimsInterface with Project Controls and Project Leadership on changes and progress regarding Seller and Subcontractor managementOversee sub-contractors.Track material costs and quantities entering project sitesCreate reports based on monthly material costs and inventoryOther duties as assignedWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
