Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of young children with disabilities or developmental delays.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that all goals are tailored to meet the specific needs of each child and their family.

• Monitoring outcomes and collaborating with team members to adjust treatment approaches based on progress and feedback.

• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Providing evidence-based strategies and resources to families, empowering them to support their child's development outside of scheduled sessions.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of practice and safety.

• Utilizing coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to foster child learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges. Our services target children during a critical period of growth, where early intervention can significantly alter developmental trajectories. You will work closely with families, providing support and education to enhance the child's physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure with the Department of Public Health, specifically as an LCSW.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a respect for cultural diversity.

• A strong belief in the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices is essential.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple family caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
