Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients within our detox program.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities based on client needs.

• Provide ongoing consultation for clients regarding their counseling needs and interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage the community and promote available support services.
\n
• Participate in continual professional development activities, including workshops, training programs, and peer supervision.

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention services, evaluating immediate risks such as suicidal ideation and the need for hospitalization.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and client management, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct remote and in-person sessions, as dictated by client needs and safety considerations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-master's clinical experience, particularly in case management and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
