This position operates remotely, allowing you flexibility in your work setup while ensuring that you can connect effectively with patients and colleagues. You will primarily adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the elderly, taking into account cognitive changes, physical health conditions, and social environments.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively to address mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and support of elderly patients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system.

This role specifically focuses on the geriatric population, requiring an understanding of the complexities associated with aging and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• Possession of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
