Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, preferably focused on geriatric populations.

• Thorough knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions relevant to this population.

• Experience in providing direct therapeutic services to older adults, particularly in individual or family therapy settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a patient-centered approach and empathy.

• Ability to contribute effectively as a team member within a multidisciplinary team context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
