Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and accurately diagnose mental health conditions while formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies to deliver short-term counseling for issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and family dynamics.

• Engage with patients through various modalities, ensuring that services are delivered with compassion and respect, whether via video sessions or teletherapy.

• Provide essential case management support, including coordinating care and resources for clients actively participating in treatment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to respond to crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and assessment strategies to ensure client and community safety.

• Participate in follow-up assessments and prevention planning, ensuring continuity of care by connecting clients with community resources as necessary.

• Stay abreast of best practices and integrate continuous feedback into therapeutic approaches, contributing to the enhancement of organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, or a related field is required.
