Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to create personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client.

  Provide weekly therapy sessions via video conferencing, offering evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting healing and community among participants through shared experience and support.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, professional, and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

  Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  A valid and unrestricted LMHC licensure in Washington State.

  Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling role, preferably within a mental health clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
