Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients to address emotional and psychological needs.

• Implement evidence-based techniques, creating and executing positive behavior support plans collaboratively with the clinical team.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare necessary reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in crisis management by developing proactive and reactive response strategies and behavior guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care and reinforce our mission.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our organization.

• Support the Clinic Director with administrative duties as necessary, ensuring all operational needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
