Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic patient care and ensure access to all necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. This role requires a deep empathy and understanding of these conditions to effectively support patients from various backgrounds in achieving their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Possession of current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmony Ridge Care Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually for full-time employees.
