Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly clinical supervision sessions with practicum students pursuing licensure, offering guidance, support, and mentoring through their educational journeys.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches based on their unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to enhance patient care and facilitate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and current research in mental health therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, therapeutic progress, and administrative duties using our practice management software.
