Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional clinical counselors.

• Provide supervision to staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management.
\n
• Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to expand our outreach and business contacts within the community.

• Facilitate opportunities for Clinical Supervision for junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous professional development.

• Engage collaboratively with families and other stakeholders to create a cohesive support network for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse patient population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, addiction, post-traumatic stress, trauma-related disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your expertise will guide clients through their healing journeys as you develop individualized care plans based on thorough assessments and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with a solid understanding of the respective requirements and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing direct mental health services, particularly in crisis management and therapeutic settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing addiction issues within the context of psychotherapy.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices, homelessness, and the interplay of co-occurring disorders.
