Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of your clients by utilizing standardized tools and gathering comprehensive information regarding their mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, including specific therapeutic interventions that facilitate personal growth and symptom management.

• Facilitate various therapeutic services such as psychoeducational groups, trauma-informed care sessions, and suicide prevention interventions, helping patients develop essential coping strategies.

• Engage in ongoing monitoring of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination.

• Provide culturally competent services that respect diverse backgrounds and experiences, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all patients.

• Assist in identifying community resources and make referrals to facilitate seamless access to additional support services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to assist individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, addressing their unique needs empathetically and effectively. A focus on family dynamics and group therapy settings will allow you to work closely with families and other support systems to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of direct therapy experience, particularly in outpatient settings, specializing in crisis counseling and mental health support for adults, children, and families.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational programs.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
