Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of elderly residents to establish their individual care requirements, ensuring specific needs are identified and addressed.

• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions focused on specific emotional challenges related to aging, such as loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams—including physicians, nurses, and social workers—to develop and implement detailed, personalized care plans aimed at improving geriatric patients' mental health outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and training for clinic staff and families on strategies to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life for older adults.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling, helping residents and their families cope with end-of-life issues in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
