Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in California, including Santa Clarita. Our telehealth approach allows you to manage your work schedule efficiently while still providing care for your clients. You will enjoy the flexibility of a standard Monday through Friday workweek, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and insightful virtual therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs and goals of individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop thorough treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, adapting them as necessary to respond to each client's progress and changing circumstances.

• Provide prompt crisis support and intervention as needed, facilitating the immediate needs of clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards, employing secure electronic record-keeping systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license is required (or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
