Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly supervision sessions to practicum students gaining clinical experience or pursuing Master’s level training, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams, including medical doctors, social workers, and community resource specialists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress in electronic health records to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with research, methodologies, and advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
