Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in our organization, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conducting Assessments: Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress, mental health status, and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals struggling with substance abuse issues alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensing: A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). You must also maintain an active license throughout your employment.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed applicants are encouraged to apply, those with previous experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions will be given preference.
