Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Healing Renewal, your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist primarily of adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened and classified as stable adults with low acuity needs, allowing you to effectively utilize your skills and focus on therapeutic outcomes without the complications of high-risk cases. By working with this demographic, you contribute positively to their mental well-being in a supportive and friendly environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, independent license to practice in your area of expertise (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)). Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
