Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, formulating clear therapy goals and objectives based on individual assessments.

• Conduct individualized, ethical, and compassionate therapy sessions via secure video conferencing.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a current state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) with no disciplinary actions.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize and establish rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
