Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addressing issues critical to each client.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective support for clients in distress.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and continuously improve service delivery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families. The clients you will serve often face significant emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In this full-time role, counselors can expect a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a monthly healthcare stipend to support our staff's health and wellness, in addition to free access to our services as long as you remain an active counselor.
